Every time evil takes the shape of Mahishasura, goddess Shakti rises from the ashes to fight the battle for her people. This street play, performed all over the streets of Kolkata, talks in rhyme about the evils of the society and how it needs the power of Shakti to bring down the perpetrators to their knees.
